valgomoji gelteklė statusas T sritis augalininkystė apibrėžtis Daugiametė, stora, rudai juoda, ritinio pavidalo šaknimi astrinių (Asteraceae) šeimos daržovė. Maistui vartojamos šaknys, kurios dažnai vadinamos juodšaknėmis. Tai dietinė daržovė, nes šaknyse yra inulino. Žalios šaknys turi panašų į riešutų skonį. Dauginama sėklomis. atitikmenys: lot.
